[xubuntu-users] keyboard shortcuts not working in 10.10

Hi everyone,
A few releases back, Ctrl-Esc was bound to popping up the main applications
menu. I manually rebound the key sequence to xfce4-popup-menu. Again, I
upgraded to 10.10 and the binding does not work, and any added binding does
not work. Even the default Alt-F2 does not work.
Ubuntu 10.10
Xfce 4.6.2
Intel Core i5
Kernel 2.6.35-25
I've attached a copy of my xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml
Has anyone notice this and/or know if there's a solution?
Thanks,
-Arcege
