[Team Vote] Various updates to the Xubuntu Seed

Hi everyone,

a little late to the party, but here we go:

 -1 for Baobab (since we have gnome-disk-utility already)
+0 for xfce4-appmenu-plugin
+1 for xfce4-clipman-plugin
+0 for the games
