[Team Vote] Various updates to the Xubuntu Seed

Here's my votes for the yet unsettled ones:

+0 for Baobab
-1 for Pragha (since we're already installing Rhythmbox)
+0 for xfce4-appmenu-plugin
-1 for xfce4-clipman-plugin
-1 for the games change
