Feedback on desktop convergence changes

Folks,

this is really not the place to ventilate personal opinions on whether Ubuntu's plans to go for convergence of devices is a good idea or will succeed or fail.
As Alistair mentioned before, this doesn't affect Xubuntu directly, so I don't see any benefit in having this sort of discussion on a list dedicated to Xubuntu development.

Michael asked for people to provide feedback via *the survey*. If you have thoughts for him and his team, use this opportunity to provide feedback through that.
