System Tools tell me "The configuration could not be loaded..."

A new xubuntu-system-tools will soon be available in the edgy-proposed 
repository, with a fix for this bug.
Please test the package (it works fine for me), to make sure it really 
works. If everything goes fine, it'll be uploaded in edgy-updates.
