New Mailing List: xubuntu-users

Hello Everyone,

 As you may or may not know, we've recently been discussing setting up an
xubuntu-users mailing list. As of today, this mailing list exists and is
ready for consumption! This mailing list is for help and support with a bit
of user discussion on the side. To subscribe, please visit:

 Adam and I will be working on updating the wiki and website today to
reflect the addition of the aforementioned mailing list. If you spot a place
where it would be wise to link to the above mailing list, please feel free
to do so or send us an e-mail.

 Jani: Now that we have a -users mailing list, do you have any plans to
update the usage policy of -devel?
