It should be the most prominent link IMHO in the user support area.

Many of the recent mails on this list are better suited now for 
xubuntu-users so for now at least help requests, calls for testing, app 
suggestions, art evaluation should probably happen there. Many 
subscribers of xubuntu-devel who mostly lurk will hopefully find it more 
comfortable to post there :) And sorry for the inconvenience for those 
who have to subscribe to a new list.
