HEAD-UP: possible uninstallability shortly

I'll upload a new libxfce4util with a new name to follow upstream's increase
of the library soname.
All Xfce packages will need to be rebuilt against this one so there may be a
period of some of them
not installing. I'll try to make it less disturbing than the
4.2->4.3transition was.
