Display Manager and possible bugs

Hiya, another mishmash, I'm afraid.

* Will you be including a display manager as a dependency of xubuntu?
xdm might need looking at if you are planning to use that. Last I used
it (hoary iirc, maybe it was warty though) i needed to tweak it.

* When I installed xfce4 a few weeks ago, the default menu was in
/etc/xdg... This cannot be edited by the xfcemenu editor (assuming a
normal user I suppose). Is this by design? Its quite inconvenient.

Also, the menu editor by default goes to the ~/.config/... directory -
not the default menu used by the panel.

I personally think the default xfce4 package should have the menu.xml
currently in /etc/ copied to ~/.config/ This would solve both problems.

* User cannot shutdown by default - I think you need to add a line to
the sudoers file for access to the shutdown helper binary.

If you agree they are bugs, I can raise them.

Also, am I right in thinking that raising bugs for xfce4 and universe
generally should be done in malone now, not regular ubuntu bugzilla?
