I think what the original reporter wanted to say is that xtrkcad is now
a free software with a GPL license.  Until now, it wasn't and that's
most probably why it is in multiverse in Ubuntu.   When the package in
Ubuntu will be syncronized with the current version in Debian
(xtrkcad/20060415-1), after Dapper's release, we should  be able to move
this package from multiverse to universe.
