Taking pure Metro I believe it is a 3 Zone ride to be on the save side. Reason is, with pure metro you have to change in Christianshavn which is another zone (Yellow/3, please have a look at the attached images zones_airport.gif). Taking the local Oresund train from Airport to Orestad and change to the metro, it is a two zone ride.
