[Ubuntu-ZW] Timezone issues, potentially quite bad

Morning Orion,

Apologies.. due to a combination of no ZESA and the adsl POP being off in
my area last.. i couldn't do much.
will look into it more today though..

im thinking of trying out KDE and kmail on a debian stable release..as well
as an older ubuntu LTS to see if we have the same issue...
