[Ubuntu-ZW] Timezone issues, potentially quite bad

just to "help" I got a reply on kdepim-users list where a guy in SA says 
he sees the problem also in Kontact using google-calendar and even worse 
gets 1 hour offset if he sets timezone to Johannesburg..

So more and more it points to a KDE or KDEPIM issue.

BTW he also now "lives" in Lusaka to fix the problems. Told him it must 
be the only situation where Lusaka works better than Johannesburg :-)
