[ubuntu-za] Team reports and other Loco related bureaucracy

Hi Neil et al

That would be great if you want to help out. The Team Reports have
suffered lack of attention, but my suspicion is not so much wo/manpower
as it is lack of content: Our meetings have very little in the way of
events or local news.

Even the IRC meetings have become a bore and the past few meetings I
find myself talking to myself most of the time, and that gets tiring
very quickly. 

So the monthly meetings is another item you can add to your list of
tasks that need assistance.

So unless we can inject the community with some new fire I do not see
this as a problem one can solve by throwing more time and work at it.

I am open to suggestions as well.
