Let me clear up some confusion to my statement. I am not refering to petty
changes or distro changes. MY issue's although very few came with big
Thunderbird version jumps. I.E. A person has not upgraded in a long while
or has a old backup, when restoring the entire Folder, certain things would
refuse to work or even refused to open. This is solved by only restoring
the profile folder.
So by all means back up the entire folder, But when you need to *restore*
you don't need to copy the entire folder, only the profile replacement is
sufficient.
