[ubuntu-za] Thunderbird new mail indicator applet

After much searching, visiting many forums and reviewing countless 
complicated solutions and some who indicated that there is no solution 
too this "bug", I at last found this post:

Then I simply enabled Messaging Menu and Unity Launcher integration 0.8 
and presto! The indicator is working fine.
