I happen to have the same problem when installing MySQL Workbench. Found 
a copy of the .deb somewhere back then. I think this is for 12.04. 
Happen sto still have it, please find attached. Try to install it, it 
might just work...

sudo dpkg -i libzip1_0.9.3-1_i386.deb
