Unfortunately, it no longer works. Here is the error that I get:

    /dpkg: error processing libzip1_0.9.3-1_i386.deb (--install):/
    / cannot access archive: No such file or directory/
    /Errors were encountered while processing:/
    / libzip1_0.9.3-1_i386.deb/
