[ubuntu-za] 13.04 First thoughts

Hi 

Personally I wanted to wait a couple of days before upgrade in. Will keep my work developing laptop on LTS, but my home laptop has 13.04 since the first build.

Will do my final upgrade on monday. Good things have been said about Unity, so I will love to see what happends by the next LTS :-). 

Performance overall has improved.
