My routing server is a Pentium II (yes, one of those old big black box 
chips) 350MHz both with 128MB of RAM and a 6GB hard drive. Runs like a 
charm, with Ubuntu 12.04. Runs DNS, DHCP, Squid, apt-cacher-ng and 
Apache.
