Unity grows on you a bit, but as it does frustrations also creep in.

Lately a feature seems to have surfaced which makes documents and 
applications disappear when the curson touches the top of the desktop, 
never to be seen again until they seem to "decide," on own intitiative, 
when to reappear.

This is extremely frustrating and added to the more difficult "desktop 
switching" process than we had in Gnome, makes me long for the old days.
