[ubuntu-za] Nagios startup on 12.04

Hi All

I'm having a bit of fun here. I am trying to get Nagios3 to send sms's
as notification.

Nagios runs fine on the default install, but flatly refuses to execute
the command, debug log entry says it's executed but it's not.
I remade the nagios user, and now sms works via nagios user.
My next problem is, when I run directly from command line :
nagios3 -d /etc/nagios3/nagios.cfg All is fine and everything works
including sms.
However attempting to run via init.d on boot with the attached file,
results in nagios itself working but not sending sms's.
