Navdeep,
I haven't done it, but I'd say you should add the PPA (personal package
archive) to your software repositories then install it via
$ sudo apt-get install <package-name>
, on the command-line (terminal).
The second blog link I gave has details on this (the one with PPA).
(NB: make sure you actually have nvidea optimus enabled gfx card, as
mentioned in the blog)
All the commands you need are on that blog. Here they are again (untested,
but should work):

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:mj-casalogic/bumblebee
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install bumblebee
-------
Copy them to your command-line terminal and hit return.
There's also a link on that blog with further info on "How to install...",
