Thanks Wesley. I am just not quite sure what all the channels are and
how they should be set. I have   Master   > Headphone      PCM
Front    Front Mic J  Surround     Center        LFE     Line Jack M
Mic Jack Mo S/PDIF Play    Beep     Swap Center.

Front Mic, Line Jack M, Mic Jack Mo, and Swap Centre all seem to be
disabled. But I don't understand what they are and how they should be
set.
