LAMP is a group of applications, not a package.

You want to install libapache2-mod-php5 and php5-mysql in order to get PHP
running in Apache, and MySQL support in PHP respectively.
One you have these installed, you can access phpMyAdmin via
http://localhost/phpmyadmin
