Thanks for your comments. Qualifications in IT are scarce, yes, and we will
consider candidates with experience to make up for it.

Note the _requirement_ is more vague: any tertiary or relevant IT qualification
while the _recommendation_ is more specific, LPI or Ubuntu, etc. In fact, an LPI-1
qualification is relatively trivial, and we will both train and fund an exam for
a motivated and talented individual who shows committment to the position.
