Hi Guys

I want to host an Internet server, but not only a website, some
non-standard web-services as well.  Are there hosting companies that
give you full remote access/control on a server?  

That should include:
- Which operating system (Ubuntu Server Edition)
- Cron scripts
- Web server configuration
- Daemons
- Custom web services
- etc.

In short, I want them to supply the machine, connectivity and backups,
but I want to manage the rest.  It could even be a virtual machine.
