Hi guys

Notwithstanding Wayne's plea I notice that all subsequent emails
on the list have still been top posted. Mailing list rules suggest
that responses should always follow the text being quoted on. As he
suggests, it is annoying to have to first read the answer before you
get to the question.

I see also that some posts are being sent in HTML format instead of
of plain text, which is an unnecessary use of our precious bandwidth.
