Since there aren't any open source PDF apps that support forms and
form-submissions, this is a bit of an unfair comment.

And, in any case, as Mark Stockton points out - efiling works
perfectly in Ubuntu if you install the Adobe Acrobat plugin for
Firefox, which is available in the repositories.
