Hi Bruno

There is a migration assistant for Ubuntu.
See: 
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/migration-assistant/0.6.2/+build/618094
It is normally run during installation.
Maybe people on the list with dual-boot systems could test it during 
normal operation.
