[ubuntu-x] Symptom tagging for -ati bugs

Hi all,

I ran a script to guess at symptom tags for the -ati bugs.  Results can
be seen (and sorted) here:

Again, this report is not automatically updated, so ping me if the list
needs updated.

A few notes on the tags...  I won't be running the script again, so any
bugs that don't have tags will need to be set manually.  And if it
tagged incorrectly, you can fix them without worrying that a script will
re-add them later.  ;-)  The official tag list for Ubuntu-X is at:

A good task to use this report for is to find duplicate bugs.  Sort by
Chip and then Symptom (or vice versa).

The -intel report (which could similarly benefit from dupe hunting) is
