[ubuntu-x] xi2 PPA

Hi,

I've put together a PPA for testing Peter Hutterer's new XI2 code (see
[1]).  This code is still experimental, but I have the feeling that
there won't be a lot of time for developers to test their (XInput-aware)
applications between 1.7 being branched off and the 1.7 release, so it
might be helpful to test early.

A couple of points that will probably come up when packaging newer X
servers:
* the new libXi fails to build in parallel (I've been wondering for the
last couple of days why the package built fine in a local pbuilder but
FTBFS in the PPA)
* the X server requires the dri package, which mesa currently doesn't
install (bug #379797)

It'll probably take a couple of hours for all the packages to build.
