[ubuntu-x] Tagging Xorg bugs (especially -intel)

I'll throw in 'backlight', as I have seen some people having problems
with that recently.

Not all the tags in the list are "symptoms" per se, some are
underlying causes, a ghost-monitor and bad-edid usually causes low
resolution, for example. Since these are tags, not categories, there's
nothing wrong with tagging a bug with both 'resolution' and 'bad-edid'
(and therefore I still think I favor 'edid', since there may be bugs
in the EDID interpretation in xorg)

I think I favor a more descriptive tag than 'xv' for video playback
issues, since it requires some knowledge of xorg's internals to know
that xv has anything to do with video. 'video-playback' is an
alternative. Also, I think I prefer 'dual-head' over 'dual-monitor'
since that comes to my mind first, but I don't feel very strongly
about that.

I had hoped I would have a suggested wiki page up a few days after
starting this thread, but a few other things came in the way. There's
a rudimentary page at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Tagging, but maybe
Tags would be a better name.
