Its an un-moderated list for subscribers (who confirmed via email that
is). However mails posted to the list using an email other than the
one they initially subscribed to will be held for Mod approval. It is
a standard policy being followed by most Ubuntu lists :)

We don't want to scare away people with very strict rules but the
usual netiquette's apply. We shall include a link on the site too.
