[l-ubuntu-ve] Tengo este error y no se como solucionarlo, alguna pista agradeceria para resolver

La cuestión es que esa librería ya la instalé a través del gestor de
paquetes synaptic.. osea yo busco esa libreria a pie y la encuentro y ya
esta seleccionada como instalada..
