Wine App wont lock to launcher

Hi All

Just given an old(er) MacBookPro, installed Noble / Unity then WineHQ 9.11, I 
only have two win apps installed (so far)
both have .desktop files in /usr/share/applications

I did a search to find each, icon showed, both run fine

But when I tried to "lock to launcher" only one locked, the other disappears as 
soon as app is closed

Any ideas?
