Resume on Samsung TV fails

Hi List,

I'm running 2204 on an Intel NUC on a 75 inch Samsung TV and every few 
days it fails to bring the screen up when i get home from work and turn 
the tv on, most days its just sitting there no worries but when it fails 
i am forced to reset the NUC, any clues from the log files below would 
be most appreciated . . .
