Bluetooth OnePlus earbuds not working

I have sound core ear buds that I use on my phone.
I connected them by accident and they worked great.
My new ones couldnt be seen by the computer.
I connected a playstation controller via BT dongle for
button captures. So I think it depends often on the device.
