This is also plagueing kde, and has caused quite a few reboots here
because the smaller window disappears behind the bigger window with no
means of bring it back onto view. Focus for both keyboard and mouse
seemed to be sent to /dev/null and it may take 2 minutes for the front
panel reset button to be recognized.
