I remember that a Windows version was available at around the same time.
I thought it was Windows 95 but it must have been Windows 98. I
sometimes feel lucky if I can remember my own name!

I had an even older Toshiba A100 laptop that I used with Xubuntu and Xfce.

I thought that it was even older than that, I bought it from an
ex-government disposal sale in 2018. It could have been towards the end
of 2018, in any case, it's been very reliable.
