if you happen to seek support via IRC please note that all #ubuntu* IRC
channels (as well as all the #snap*, #juju*, #mir*, #multipass and
#cloud-init* development and support channels) have been moved from the
hijacked feenode.net to irc.libera.chat. some details can be found in
