You don't need them.

Is the product key printed on a label on the machine somewhere?

If not, extract it with Produkey (free):

Download new media from MS:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10ISO

Reinstall with Safe Boot off, which is also the easiest way to install
Linux cleanly.
