I uninstalled it after it didn't run. Just reinstalled but it still
doesn't run.

snap run stellarium did nothing,
snap run stellarium-plars did nothing.
Checked /bin, saw stellarium-plars.stellarium, ran that and got a
number of errors

Unfortunately the above does not give me any clues as to the problem :-(
In one of my 'locate' searches I noticed a .stellarium dir containing
some interesting stuff, but it does NOT show up in gedit even when
'show hidden files' is on. Why is that, and how can I see what's in
there?
