No, you are just misquoting it to create a spurious point.

Yes, and the next statement is:

"IGPs can be integrated onto the motherboard as part of the chipset, or
on the same die with the CPU (like AMD APU or Intel HD Graphics)."

It is explicitly not talking about discrete GPUs.

Discrete GPUs do not have shared memory, they have their own memory.

LIAM, can you just quit this please?

Screaming baby you are, I'm sorry but it is true.

Killfile me then, I have had enough of this.

Offboard GPUs always have dedicated video memory.

> You are talking about desktop PC motherboards. This article is not.

Yes it is.

The section on Integrated Graphics is contradicted with the section on
Discrete Graphics, which can only mean desktop PCs.

> Also, you appear to be forgetting about laptops.

"PC shipments" denotes desktop computers.

I am pretty absolutely certain that AnandTech was talking about
desktops, because otherwise the statement is meaningless --- all laptops
have IGPs, so it is pointless to state that.

You are grasping at straws Liam.

AnandTech is NOT talking about laptops.

No, you are not.

By misquoting and misrepresenting you try to thwart even a single
factual statement, you back yourself up with no data,

you make authorative claims with no support, and you never provide
support for anything you say.

I expected you to talk about the difference between volume of shipments
and amount of models.

But you don't even go there, you just try to prove that the 90% is a
lie, which you fail at as far as I'm concerned.

And even though you are constantly aggressive ever since the mDNS topic,

you don't listen to what I say and you constantly try to scream over me,

then evidence that you have understood nothing about what I said, and
then try to explain the bare basics to me as if I'm some kid.

You still attempt to paint me as unreasonable and unable to have
conversation with.
