partial configured packages creating problem

Are you sure you are getting the source package? It looks like it's
trying to install libraries as well. Might be normal I suppose. What
apt-get command line did you use that resulted in those messages (it's
not in the image you posted)?

Uninstall the package you tried to install. Use "purge" rather than
"remove". Then try "apt-get install -f" again.

> $sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
> $sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock

It's almost certainly not a locking problem unless you see a message
about a locking problem.
