last shows “gone - no logout” instead of “still logged in”

Hi,

just a shot in the dark.

The new Ubuntu version is build against libsytemd0, the old isn't.
Perhaps it's related to this?

Arch does use systemd too:

[rocketmouse at archlinux ~]$ last -2; pacman -Qo /bin/last
rocketmo tty7         :0               Sun Jun 19 21:22    gone - no logout
reboot   system boot  4.5.4-1-ARCH     Sun Jun 19 23:21   still running

wtmp begins Wed Apr 13 07:49:24 2016
/usr/bin/last is owned by util-linux 2.28-1
