But IIUC the OP wants to know how to get the widget into the KDE panel.
Installing the package is one thing, the other thing is to know how to
add it to the panel (or what ever else instead of a panel) ;).

I'm not using KDE, that's why I didn't replied yesterday. My guess is
that finding the package, most likely it is plasma-nm, isn't an issue.

Perhaps this does help:
