Title bar/menu problem on 14.04

I am still not certain whether you are seeing the normal behaviour
(where the pointer changes to a hand in about 1/3 second) or whether
yours changes much faster than that.  Possibly you have difficulty
judging 1/3 second.  If you watch the seconds on a digital display and
practice counting 1 2 3 1 2 3 .. with the 1s occurring as the seconds
tick over then 1/3 second has elapsed when you get to 2 so if you
click and hold the mouse on 1 then the hand should appear about the
'2' time.  If the mouse changes well before '2' then it is not your
clicking ability that is the problem, there is something amiss with
your system.

I seem to remember previously that you said that the mouse button on
the laptop did not show the problem.  If you see it take 1/3 sec with
that button, but with the external mouse it is much quicker then there
is a problem with the system.  By concentrating on how quickly the
pointer changes to a hand then you are eliminating any questions over
your personal click speed.
