Title bar/menu problem on 14.04

That's a relief. It was all getting a bit too weird.

Sorry. I should have just said that was the way you describe how you use
the menus.

That's pretty slow. If I time myself over five seconds I can easily get
20 clicks in (1/4s per click), and with not much more effort can get 30
clicks in (1/6s per click). If I really concentrate I can get a few more
in. I'm 55 and not a gamer or ex-athlete, so I imagine that's around
average. If you have to really try to get three clicks per second, then
I would suspect either a physical limitation on your part, or a mouse
with too heavy an action.
