Title bar/menu problem on 14.04

Well I just tried your 5 second test and I find that if I concentrate I 
can do 20 in 5 seconds also. I am older (71) but physically fit enough 
to run 2 miles a day and still play softball. I think it comes down to 
an ingrained behavior. For years I just clicked on a menu with out 
really thinking about it.  Now there is this time limit I guess I will 
just have to adjust to it.

I still don't understand why the limited exists.

Thanks to you Karl and Colin for sticking with this thread until I 
finally came to understand what was happening.
